Buy.com has the SBC Talking Caller ID with name announcement for $14.99. With approximately $7 for shipping, we couldn't find it for less elsewhere. This unit runs on three included AAA batteries and will announce the name or number of incoming calls, according to the product description. Update: the link has been fixed.
