The New Phone Charging Standard; Micro-USB Retractable Car Charger for 27 Cents

There was a time where practically every cell phone had a slightly different type of charging plug. Luckily, companies began to realize this practice was not only annoying, but quite wasteful.
Finally, the Micro USB standard has been adopted and now is supported by several manufacturers such as Nokia, LG, Palm, and Motorola.
This means you can use a standard Micro USB cable to charge your phone from a computer or one of a myriad of chargers. There's no reason to pay $20 to $40 for a phone charger anymore. For instance, this car charger is selling for 27 cents from Super Deal via Amazon.com plus $2.73 for shipping. While it's labeled as a Blackberry charger, it'll be compatible with any phone with a Micro USB charging port.
