NV Access has released version 2013.2 of the free NVDA screen reader for Windows. It includes a wealth of new features and bug fixes including support for embedded web browser controls in several applications, support for Excel 2013, automatic reading of chat messages in Skype, and improved support for the Tween Twitter client. Hardware support for the Focus 14 and 80 among other braille displays is also included as well as support for the Farsi language. Here's a link to the entire list of changes.
