Apple has recently released version 4.3 of their iOS software. This version adds support for a personal hotspot, iTunes home sharing, and numerous other improvements and bug fixes. In particular to VoiceOver,the gesture to navigate to the top/bottom of the screen has been changed to a four-finger single tap in the respective half of the touchscreen. This update is compatible with the GSM iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad, and 3rd and 4th generation iPod touch.
