Get Help From An Expert With Google Helpouts

Have you ever asked a question on twitter and not gotten a response, or the response came too late? Have you ever watched how to videos and found yourself more confused than when you started the video? Google has just released their next project which they hope will solve these kinds of problems. Google Helpouts is a service that allows you to chat with an expert using live video. The idea is that if you can talk to someone over video chat, that you can get your questions answered faster than searching for an answer or asking someone you know who may not be an expert on the subject. Normally the service will cost you a fee based on the amount of time you spend chatting with the expert, but since the service launched today, you can test out the service from experts that are offering free advice. According to the Consumerist , there are 35 experts in the art and music category that will teach you to play the drums or guitar for free. To use the service you can either browse the available experts by category, or type your question in the search box on the website. If you try out the service, tell us your experience in the comments section.
